Sea Independent Bulgaria

We are happy to have Toma on board as Sea Independent agent of Bulgaria.
He is a Captain of merchant marine with many years as Commanding Officer of sail training vessels, participating a lot of Tall Ships Races in North Sea, the Baltic and Mediterranean, cross Atlantic delivery, etc.
As Chairman of Organizing Committee of Municipality of Varna in 2010, 2014 and 2016 is responsible for the Event at all; contacts with Sail Training International (UK), the Organizers and other host port's committees; recruitment of tall ships and trainees, etc. we have a dedicated agent at the right place.
